The approved project entails constructing 48 luxury apartments in the Midlands. Given the site's proximity to a bustling main road and a nearby school, this ambitious project demands meticulous planning and coordination. Here’s an overview of the project's stages: 1. Planning and Design The journey began with designing the apartments and meticulously planning the construction process. This phase includes creating detailed architectural plans and devising a construction schedule that minimizes disruption to the surrounding area, particularly the nearby school and road traffic. 2. Obtaining Permits Before breaking ground, Crown Designs secured the necessary permits from local authorities. This step involves submitting detailed plans for review and addressing any concerns or requirements from the authorities. 3. Site Preparation Preparing the construction site is crucial. This involves installing safety barriers to protect pedestrians and road users, and establishing a site entrance/exit designed to minimize traffic disruption. 4. Traffic Management With the construction site located near a busy main road, effective traffic management is essential. Crown Designs has hired traffic marshals to direct traffic and ensure safety throughout the construction period. 5. Construction The construction phase will encompass various stages, from laying the foundations to building the structure and fitting out the apartments. A crane will be employed for lifting and placing heavy materials. 6. Minimizing Disruption To minimize disruption to the nearby school, noisy construction activities will be scheduled outside of school hours whenever possible. Additionally, measures will be taken to ensure construction vehicles do not obstruct access to the school.
